Ichigo Momomiya 13 yaşında bir kızdır, DNA'sı bir yaban kedisi ile aynıdır. Mew Ichigo'ya dönüştüğünde Tokyo Mew Mew'un lideri olur. Şimdiden süper kahraman olmayı öğrenir. Chimera Animas ile dövüşür.

Mint Aizawa zengin bir kızdır. DNA'sı bir Mavi Lorikeet ile aynıdır. Tokyo Mew Mew'da Corina Bucksworth'a dönüşür.
Lettuce Midorikawa:
Tokyo Mew Mew'in 3. üyesidir. DNA'sı bir Finless Yunusbalığı ile aynıdır. Mew Mew'de güçlerini ilk keşfeden Lettuce'dir. Güçlerini ilk bulduğu zaman çok şaşırır.
